Using our tools

All tools are free for personal and commercial use. No account needed. You can use them for client work, school projects, side hustles — whatever you need.

What you can't do:

  • Use the tools for anything illegal
  • Try to hack, overload, or break the site
  • Scrape the site or use bots to access it
  • Repackage or resell our tools as your own

What you produce

Anything you create using our tools is 100% yours. We claim no rights over your PDFs, resumes, citations, or anything else you make with ToolsKit.

Accuracy

We do our best, but we can't guarantee that every tool produces perfect results every time. Always double-check important things — especially resume content, citations, and GPA calculations. Use common sense.

Liability

ToolsKit is provided as-is. We're not liable for any damages that come from using (or not being able to use) our tools. The tools are free — we're not responsible for outcomes.

Intellectual property

The site design, code, and content are ours. Don't copy the site wholesale. But honestly, if you want to build something similar, just build your own — it's better that way.

Changes

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make major changes, we'll note it on the site. Continued use means you're fine with the updates.
